  • ESTABLISH PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

    We undertake a full fact find to understand your full project requirements, we listen to your project concerns, project needs and prepare a fully costed proposal for you.

  • PLANNING

    We prepare a full Project Plan providing a programme and timeline of key deliverable’s, how these will be achieved, how these will be monitored and measured and the indicators that items are completed

  • PRE CONSTRUCTION PHASE

    We commence the Pre Construction Phase to ensure the project is started on time and with the correct suppliers, approvals, licences, budgets, programmes, health and safety/CDM arrangements, specifications and site set up is in place and programme all required pre-start meetings, etc…

  • CONSTRUCTION

    We undertake the Construction Phase maintaining robust Health and Safety, Programme Adherence, Quality Management, Sub-Contractor Management whilst adhering to any SLA’s and KPIs agreed

  • COMPLETION

    We undertake regular inspections and Snagging in order to achieve practical completion in accordance with the programme and budget.  We close out any required snagging and prepare full O&M Manuals upon Completion
